Gong Xi Fa Cai 2006!!!

Gong Xi Fa Cai to all you guys out there~ Wah, another year has started, the doggie year has finally arrived~ Yea, well, CNY this year was supposed to be great like the past few years, but things turned out differently. Daniel couldn't get extra leaves from NS, so he's gotta report back like on the 3rd day of CNY (yea, come to think of it, this is SUPER unfair) And because of this, we had to rush back on CNY eve (-______-)"

And can you guys guess what happened? Wah, a 60 km crawl on the highway, packed by desperate people like us wanna head to our hometown for reunion dinner. Yea, moving at 20 km/hour on a highway didn't exactly helped us get into the mood for CNY. Moreover, it was mummy's birthday. So mum spent her birthday in the car with us, and we practically explore parts of Selangor we've never been before (coz near Rawang, dad aks me to call the airport to check whether we can get tickets to go home, and yes, we did manage to secure seats for the earliest flight on CNY 1st day) This is by far the most costly CNY 'balik kampung' trip we'd ever had (>.<) Now I guess it's time to save up all that angpau money lor....

I had a great time meeting up with my cousins, nieces and nephews. CNY was a great celebration where we all meet up, so yea, I was really happy. But guess what?? I was being bullied from time to time by my 3 year old nephew, Ivan. He constantly beat me for no reason (you see, he's being spoilt by the whole family) and I was really angry at times. He whack me like nobody's business (@#$%%&^&) Balik kampung for 2 days 1 night also kena buli. What bad luck is this arr???

Haha, we ate Malay rice for the whole 1st day of CNY. Breakfast was authentic Alor Star nasi lemak, lunch and dinner we had the same Malay rice that my aunt odered. Ooo....la....la the food was GOOD~ I ate like 5 meals throughout the whole day!!! I even had the chance to savour my aunts assam laksa..... *saliva dripping* oooooo....... now I'm really hungry

Overall, it was a great CNY for me. Getting to see my family expanding every year, and seeing all those cute lil' nephew and nieces of mine, life can't get any better. I love my family~
